Delta Governor’s Aide Urges Peller and Jarvis to Protect Their Assets with a Prenuptial Agreement
Ossai Ovie Success, a Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor, has advised social media personalities Peller and Jarvis to sign a prenuptial agreement after reportedly getting legally married on July 29.
In a post shared on social media, Ossai congratulated the couple but said he was concerned about how quickly the marriage happened. He argued that couples who are wealthy, famous, and have successful online careers should take extra steps to protect their finances and future.
According to him, a prenuptial agreement can clearly define ownership of assets such as businesses, brand partnerships, gifts, houses, cars, and other investments before any future disagreements arise.
He also said public figures often face pressure from social media and outside influences, and having a legal agreement in place can help prevent unnecessary conflicts if problems occur later.
Ossai stressed that signing a prenup does not mean a couple expects their marriage to fail. Instead, he described it as a responsible decision that shows both partners respect each other’s future and financial interests.
Although he wished the couple a happy marriage, he said he hopes they made thoughtful decisions behind the scenes with guidance from legal experts and trusted family members. He concluded by saying that love is important, but clear agreements and careful planning can help build a stronger and more stable marriage.
