Rapper Soulja Boy has asked the court to order a DNA test after his former girlfriend, Jackilyn Martinez, filed a lawsuit seeking child support.
According to court documents, Soulja Boy said he is not sure he is the father of three-year-old KeAndre Cortez Way. He also stated that if a DNA test confirms he is the child’s father, he is willing to help pay pregnancy-related expenses and share the legal costs.
Jackilyn filed the case in late 2025, asking the court to give her custody of KeAndre while allowing Soulja Boy visitation rights.
In her lawsuit, she claimed the rapper only sent her money occasionally after she repeatedly asked him for financial support. She is also requesting child support from the court.
Jackilyn also submitted an email she says Soulja Boy sent to her lawyers. In the message, he rejected the legal action and allegedly used abusive language while saying there would be no lawsuit or settlement.
The case is still before the court.
