New information has come out in the court case involving singer D4vd. Prosecutors say text messages shown in court suggest that 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez became pregnant and later had the pregnancy ended before she died.

According to the BBC, prosecutors told a Los Angeles court that the messages were allegedly recovered from D4vd’s iCloud account. They claim the conversations discussed the pregnancy, and another exchange later mentioned a second pregnancy termination. Investigators also said the messages date back to 2022, when Celeste was 11 years old.

The singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has pleaded not guilty to several charges, including the alleged murder of the teenager, continuous sexual abuse of a minor, and mutilation of human remains. Prosecutors claim he killed Celeste because she threatened to reveal their relationship and harm his career. He denies those allegations. The preliminary court hearing is expected to continue next week.
